CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SURVEILLANCE CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower costs of a system construction due to a multi-vendorizing by business software with securing a recycle of the software inter vendors in a surveillance control system which is becoming advanced and complicated in control and increasing in size. SOLUTION: In a construction of surveillance control system with combining more than one business software provided from two or more vendors, an API for middleware used by each vendor is defined so as to create the business software created using different middleware by using the API. A process to be owned by a functional module to realize a fixed function of the software and a rage of the process to be allotted to the middleware are stipulated, then multi-vendors are achieved by each vendor, by making each vendor develop a job software by means of the stipulation.
