PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic body seal member which is composed of a small number of components and simpler in constitution and can securely be positioned, and to provide a developing device and an electrifier which use it, an a process cartridge and an image forming device which uses them. SOLUTION: The magnetic body seal member 8m has its inner peripheral surface magnetized into N and S poles and also has at least two holes, i.e., a rotation stopping hole 8mb and a positioning hole 8ma as a fixing means; and pins 22c corresponding to the holes are provided to a developing holder 32 or electrifying holder 22a fitted to an end part of a developing container or electrifying container.
