PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation data inspecting device allowing efficient inspection of quality of observation data by using a Graphical User Interface. SOLUTION: Observed items and observed values are displayed in time sequence in an observed value display field A, correspondent inspection flags can be set and confirmed by referring to an alarm index D and operating a check button C, and a graph in time sequence corresponding to the observed items can be displayed by operating a graph display button B.
