PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory generation device capable of performing the retrieval or regeneration of digital data even when discharging a semiconductor memory from a medium housing part during the temporary stop of storage of digital data in the semiconductor memory. SOLUTION: This device comprises a read and write part for writing digital data to the semiconductor memory and reading the digital data stored in the semiconductor memory; an operation part for outputting instruction signals instructing storage start of digital data, temporary stop of storage of digital data, and stoppage of storage of digital data; a display part equipped with a light emitting element; and a control part for controlling the light emitting element of the display part to light until the stop signal is inputted after the input of the record start signal and the temporary stop signal. |
