<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device that can inspect articles that are carried continuously and can easily recognize an inspection result. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device inspects whether the articles that are carried continuously are conforming or not, and comprises X-ray application equipment and an X-ray line sensor, a RAM or an HDD, a control computer, and an LCD monitor 30. The X-ray application equipment and the X-ray line sensor detect the state of the articles by X rays. The RAM or HDD stores a reference level. The control computer judges whether there are any non-conforming articles or not by comparing a detection level obtained by the X-ray application equipment and the X-ray line sensor with a reference level. The LCD monitor 30 can display a value based on the detection level with an area corresponding to the value and displays a value based on the reference level and the detection level.</p> |
