PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner door structure for vending machine, facilitating the maintenance and inspection work for in-thermal equipment and a carrying- out unit for commodity. SOLUTION: In a vending machine constituted, so that a commodity housing chamber 3 can be seen from the outside via an outer door 2 and an inner door 4; a transparent door part 11 for opening and closing the front opening part of the housing chamber 3 and an opaque heat insulating door part 12, arranged under the transparent window part 11 for covering lower opening part in the space of a storage part 10 are integrated to constitute the inner door 4; and the transparent door part 11 is connected to the heat insulating door part 12 by a connector 13, in a state where an elastic plate body 30 is interposed between them. When the inner door 4 is opened, the heat insulating door part 12 mounted on the lower part thereof is also opened together, to open the front lower opening part of the in-thermal equipment 8a and the carrying-out unit 6.
