PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the linear characteristics relative to the change of a circuit temperature for a product which is affected by a temperature of a temperature sensor and the like. SOLUTION: The curvature of a temperature function at a bipolar junction base/emitter is canceled by using a circuit where a curvature is offset across an operation range.
