A disposable cartridge (120) for use in extracorporeal blood perfusions systems (1) that have a control unit (10) for controlling the flow of fluids. The cartridge (120) has housing defining a plurality of internal passageways that connect to a cardiopulmonary circuit (31), a cardioplegia circuit (35) and a suction circuit (34). The cartridge (120) may be fitted with one or more of a bubble trap (152), a filter (168) and a valve (98, 99).
