The sledge attachment is secured between the wheels of the perambulator via clips or straps, attaching it to the perambulator frame, the front end of the sledge attachment bent upwards and its sliding surface provided with blades or edges for side guidance during its forwards movement over snow, with a brake provided by a claw which is pressed downwards into the snow. The sledge attachment is positioned at a height which is slightly above the bottom surfaces of the wheels, allowing the perambulator to move across a surface which is not covered by snow, without requiring removal of the sledge attachment.
