PURPOSE: A method for managing an agent using the Internet is provided to join retail stores or flower shops as members, enable the retail stores or the flower shops to perform prime business activities, and resolve curiosity through internet inquiry/response without a geographical limit. CONSTITUTION: If a netizen selects a horticulture order, a flower work is displayed to be selected and an order sheet is written in an input window to transmit the written order sheet to a server(S6). A florist located at the shortest distance from a delivery area is selected by the transmitted order sheet(S7). The order sheet is transmitted to the selected florist by E-mail for confirming whether the florist performs the order(S8). In case that a response is not received during a certain time or a performance impossibility response is received, a florist is selected again for selecting a performable florist(S9). The selected florist performs the order according to the content of the order sheet(S10). If the netizen selects a horticulture treatment, a previously stored FAQ(Frequent Answer Question) and a question of the netizen are performed and the netizen requests a business trip of the florist(S11). If the question content or the business trip request is transmitted to the server, an answer by a field-classified expert or a business trip possibility is transmitted by the E-mail(S12). If the business trip is decided, a horticulture curer located at the shortest distance from the position of the business trip is selected and a business trip mail is transmitted(S13). If a response is not received during a certain time or a business trip impossibility response is transmitted to the server, a horticulture curer is selected again for selecting a horticulture curer capable of the business trip(S14). The selected horticulture curer visits a business trip place and performs the treatment and prescription(S15). |
