PURPOSE: A porous dust/water collecting filter that is manufactured by coating Teflon(PTFE) on the surface of a core filter is provided, which has no filter clogging and permeation of particulate contaminants through filtering material with improved physical and chemical properties. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method includes the steps of (i) pressure-forming a thermoplastic resin, followed by thermal treating at 80 to 90°C for 4-5 hours, cooling at ambient temperatures, and demoulding to form a core filter(2); (ii) spray coating Teflon powder, being mixed with a binder, on the surface of the core filter at a thickness of 5 to 20μm; and (iii) thermal treating the Teflon coated core filter at 40-5 0°C and then cooling so as to form a coating filter(3) on the surface of the core filter. The thermoplastic resin of the present invention is polyethylene having a porosity of 50 to 60%.
