PURPOSE: An inductance coil with a metal shield case is provided to improve the characteristics of various electronic devices by preventing the interference due to electromagnetic waves, particularly to improve the noise or data transfer characteristics of electronic devices such as a splitter. CONSTITUTION: In an inductance coil connected to a PCB through lead frames(118), predetermined number of coils are wound on a core. The inductance coil is contained in a box type metal shield case(200), which one side is opened to pass the lead frames(118) through. The metal shield case(200) is integrally formed with outer surfaces of the inductance coil. It is preferable that the metal shield case is made of copper and has a rectangular box shape. Particularly, it is preferable that the metal shield case has a seamless rectangular box shape by a press process.
