FUEL OIL COMBUSTOR FOR BOILER USING IMPELLER

PURPOSE: A fuel oil combustor for a boiler using an impeller is provided to use bunker fuel oil C or refined waste oil as well as a light oil as a fuel of boiler for ignition and combustion by completely igniting fuel oil in combustion chamber through rotation of the impeller. CONSTITUTION: A fuel oil combustor for a boiler includes a friction blower motor(4) connected in a combustion chamber(1) of the boiler as to be located in a middle space of the combustion chamber. Compressed air is ejected through an air vent with a plurality of through-holes formed slantly and a connection barrel(8) connected with the air vent with a plurality of through-holes formed slantly on the connection barrel. An ignition heater is installed around a bottom surface in a combustion barrel(5). An impeller shaft(14) connected to an impeller under the connection barrel is installed in the combustion barrel as to be rotated by a reduction motor(17). The impeller sprays fuel oil for boiler diffusely so that the sprayed oil being in contact with compressed air ejected from the air vent.
