PURPOSE: A cup shaped container capable of being stacked repeatedly is provided to save the cost of product handling by simplifying the transportation of the containers, and to prevent the breakage of the container by using synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION: The cup shaped container(1) capable of being stacked repeatedly consists of a body portion, and a cap portion integrally molded by using an injection molding method. The container is made of synthetic resin material, and preferably has rectangular shape that the upper end is wider than the lower end before the upper end is folded into an appropriate form by using plural folding lines and adhesion portions for allowing plural containers to be conveniently stacked over and over again. Also, the container is made of a transparent material so as to enable a user to easily confirm content received in the container.
