DOUBLE FACER FOR CORRUGATED FIBERBOARD MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture double-faced corrugated fiberboard which have less adhesion defects and less warps by constantly optimizing moisture contents of the double-faced corrugated fiberboard. SOLUTION: A double facer for a corrugated fiberboard manufacturing system is composed of a heating means 4 and a pressing means 6 which hold and convey stacked single a face corrugated fiberboard 1 and a liner paper 2 for forming double-faced corrugated fiberboard 7. The double facer is equipped with a moisture content detecting means 8 for detecting a moisture content of the double-faced corrugated fiberboard 7 which has passed the heating means 4 and a controlling means 9 which controls pressing force of the pressing means 6 in a way that the moisture content becomes close to a preset optimized moisture content.
