PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chocolate flavored fried sweet potato seasoned with caramel in view of that a fried sweet potato seasoned with caramel, obtained by steaming and then frying a sweet potato in oil, and pickling the resultant sweet potato in a caramel sauce and putting sesame thereon, is a delicious confectionery but does not suit the taste of recent children, and a confectionery which suits recent children is extremely demanded. SOLUTION: This chocolate flavored fried sweet potato seasoned with caramel, obtained by cutting a sweet potato in an appropriate size, steaming the resultant sweet potato and putting chocolate or cocoa thereon, has a taste liked by recent children and is an extremely useful confectionery liked by not only children but also adults and elderly persons since the chocolate flavored fried sweet potato can be seasoned with taste such as of sugar, oil, almond and peanuts, and also a decoration chocolate can be put thereon. |
