PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil and fat for food products, naturally ingestible, exhibiting a fat accumulation-controlling function and/or accumulated fat reduction promoting function by sufficiently usable quantities in general food products, having no problem of flavor, usable in a wide range of food products as an ordinary oil. SOLUTION: This oil and fat for food products is obtained by formulating one or more conjugated unsaturated fatty acid glycerides each having a conjugated triene structure with one or more fat accumulation-controlling edible oils and fats and has enhanced fat accumulation-controlling function and/or fat reduction promoting function.
