PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document housing holder capable of being manufactured without necessity of a complicated step and surely held when a document or the like is fastened in a file and stored. SOLUTION: One short sides of doubled sheet are connected, and two sides which are not connected form an opening 5 for housing the document or the like. Tongue pieces 6 for holding a content to be housed such as the document or the like are spaced in a direction along the long sides 3, and at least a pair of the pieces 6 are formed by cutting notches on the sheet at a substantially central part of the long sides of the opening of an upper piece 11 or a lower piece 12. The pieces 6 each has binding holes 7 for filing. When the pieces 6 are folded up, and the holes 7 are formed at positions to outside from the long sides of the sheet of the opening side.
