PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a moving banking system that, for example, customers can comfortably wait for their turns during busy hours. SOLUTION: This moving banking system is for conducting banking services at a store blank zone such as a depopulated area. In the system, banking services terminal equipment such as an ATM 21 and a general terminal machine 22 or the like which are required for performing the banking services is mounted, and a vehicle 13 for a waiting room which has a function of a waiting room is attached to a vehicle 12 for a store which can stop at a predetermined job handling place. Thereby, for example, the customers who are waiting for their turns are not necessary to wait outside of the roofless vehicle 12 for a store during busy hours, and they can wait in a lounge space 13a inside the vehicle 13 for a waiting room. As a result, the possibility that the customers avoid coming to the store due to their unwillingness of waiting outside thereof under the blazing sun in summer or a cold day in winter is minimized.
