PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material enabling easy preparation of display matter that can be seen through and makes it possible to visually recognize the outside from inside, while making it hard to visually recognize the inside from outside. SOLUTION: The material 3 for preparing the display matter that can be seen through is constituted of a recording material 1 that can be seen through and has a transparent base 11 which is provided with a dot pattern 112 having hiding properties and of which one surface at least has ink jet recording characteristics, and of an ink absorbing member 2 that has through holes 23 corresponding to the dot pattern 112. |
