PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing ceramic pipes which is a space- saving type, offering low equipment expenses and low fuel consumption. SOLUTION: This device 1 for manufacturing ceramic pipes comprises a heating kiln 2 equipped with a preheating zone 21, a main heating zone 22 and a cooling zone 23 and a pipe handling device 3 which carries a ceramic pipe 7 from an entrance of the kiln 2 to its exit and down below the kiln 2, a gearbox 4 for pipe rotation which travels backward toward the entrance at a predetermined speed and increases a positive rotation speed of the pipe 7 being transported by the device 3 at a faster speed than a predetermined rotation speed which can prevent compression and bending and moves forward toward the exit at a faster speed than the transportation speed of the device 3 and counterrotate the pipe 7 being transported by the device 3 at a faster speed which prevents compression and bending. |
