<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the strengthening of concrete without deteriorating workability. SOLUTION: In an underground continuous wall making technique, for instance, a rectangular borehole 10 is bored and formed while a stabilizer is added to fill it until a specified depth, a reinforcing bar-made cage 12 is built in the borehole 10, and subsequently the stabilizer in the borehole 10 is substituted with high strength concrete to form a rectangular panel 14. The concrete to be used here is high strength concrete composed of cement, an aggregate and an efficient AE-water-reducing-agent. A high-belite cement is use as the cement, and a water to cement ratio is set at >=20% and <=30%.</p> |
