PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rider's clothing from being caught by a lock pin provided for locking a bicycle in a deployed condition. SOLUTION: An expander 63 which expands a predetermined distance inwardly of a side face at least when the bicycle is locked in its deployed condition is provided at the upper end portion 57 of the lock pin 52.
