PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release a core mold from a concrete product. SOLUTION: A core mold 5 of a form 1 is constituted by covering a periphery of a core material 6 by a synthetic resin 7. The synthetic resin 7 has a larger coefficient of thermal expansion than that of concrete, and has enough thermal resistance to be not deformed when a concrete formed product 3 is cured by steam. Though the synthetic resin 7 of the core mold 7 thermally expanded in a steam curing process of the concrete is thermally shrinked thereby when the concrete is cooled to ordinary temperature, a fine gap is formed between the concrete formed product 3 and the core mold 5 by a difference of the coefficient of thermal expansion of the concrete from that of the synthetic resin 7.
