PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging structure for cells in which a heat shrinkage film cut and separated from a packaging member together with cells can be easily removed from the cells. SOLUTION: A packaging member 1 acts such that a plurality of battery cells 2 arranged side by side are packaged by a heat shrinkage film 1a, the heat shrinkage film 1a is heated and shrunk to cause the battery cells to be packaged. The packaging member 1 is made such that the first perforations 3 are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the battery cells 2 at locations where they may be oppositely faced against a contact portion 2a between the adjoining battery cells 2 and at the same time the second perforations 4 are arranged in a lateral direction of the battery cells 2.
