PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tilt tightening force (slide contact force) by increasing the hardness of a friction plate. SOLUTION: An elliptically deformed portion 21 formed on a tilt lever 20 is arranged between a pair of sleeves 22, 23 and the friction plate 24 mounted on a fixed bracket 7 extends between each of the sleeves 22, 23 and a distance bracket 15. The friction plate 24 having increased hardness has less wear due to slide contact with the sleeves 22, 23 during tilt tightening and release to improve tilt tightening force. |
