PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting pin for an adjusting piece, and a watch belt or an ornament using the connecting pin for the adjusting piece which can fit up or remove the adjusting piece with an extremely thin body such as the tip of a mechanical pencil without using a special tool. SOLUTION: The connecting pin connects an adjusting piece 4a with another piece 4b and is provided with a pin body 1 which is inserted into a pinhole 40, 43 formed with the adjusting pieces 4a and 4b and a stopping body 3 consisting of an elastic body fitted to the pin body 1, and is characterized by pressure contact of the stopping body with the inside face of the pinhole 43.
