<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for effectively processing raw refuse and trash into a resource. SOLUTION: After raw refuse containing trash is subjected to crushing or plastic bag tearing in a crushing and bag tearing unit 2, the trash is separated from the raw refuse by a selecting and separating unit 3. The raw refuse is converted into compost or the like by the device 4 for processing into a resource. The separated trash is carbonized by a carbonization treating device 7 and converted into a resource as charcoal.</p> |
