PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Western style toilet bowl device capable of easily connecting an outflow port of a low tank and a toilet bowl wash water introducing port of a Western style toilet bowl body and leaking no water from piping. SOLUTION: The low tank 30 is covered with a low tank cover 34, and is arranged on a rear upper surface of the Western style toilet bowl body 10 via a lifting support base device 50. Both the low tank 30 and the low tank cover 34 are supported by a lifting plate 54 of the lifting support base device 50. The lifting plate 54 lifts by driving force of a lift 56 while supporting the low tank 30 and the low tank cover 34 as a whole. A discharge port 32 of the low tank 30 and the wash water introducing port 16 of the Western style toilet bowl body 10 are connected so as to be capable of always passing water by a telescopic bellows pipe 70. When assembling this Western style toilet bowl device, the bellows pipe 70 is connected to the discharge port 32 and the introducing port 16 in a state of lifting the low tank 30.
