ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE FEE CALCULATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance fee calculation system for calculating the costs needed to compensate wear and deterioration, based on the number of elevator startups and operating hours, mainly under actual load, for the purpose of achieving the costs of wear and deterioration compensation which elevator users will admit. SOLUTION: The elevator maintenance fee calculation system calculates the general maintenance fee for a passenger elevator by use of a variety of maintenance costs including the costs of wear and deterioration compensation based on the number of elevator startups and operating hours. An actually loaded condition measuring means 8 for accumulating and measuring actually loaded conditions in which a car 1 is operated while carrying passengers is provided inside an elevator control device 2, and the costs of wear and deterioration compensation are calculated on the basis of the measurements made by the means 8.
