PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the deep-frying of Tempura with nice coating at home by simplifying the attaching and detaching of a vertically adjustable seat 3. SOLUTION: A vertically adjustable seat 3 is provided at the tip of a tang 2 which passes through a clip 1 and a handle 4 is provided at the position to grip, and the vertically adjustable seat 3 is attached onto the edge of a frying pot 6 with the clip 1.
