METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EMULSION FUEL OIL FROM WASTEWATER AND BUNKER-C OIL USING WASTE OIL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing emulsion fuel oil from wastewater and bunker-C oil using waste oil is provided, which is able to reduce the amount of SOx and NOx generated in combustion of fuel oil. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for emulsion fuel oil includes the steps of (i) adding 0.075-0.3wt.% of at least one aliphatic soap selected from the group consisting of potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide and 0.5-2.0wt.% of urea fertilizer into 100wt.% of wastewater; (ii) mixing 20-30vol.% of wastewater containing the aliphatic soap and urea fertilizer with 70-80vol.% of bunker-C oil followed by agitation.
