<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun tracking lighting device in which power generation efficiency of solar cells can be enhanced without increasing the size of the lighting device or complicating the structure thereof by fixing the solar cells to the side of a light reflecting means tracking the sun. SOLUTION: The sun tracking lighting device comprises a dome 20 formed of a translucent material, a light reflecting means 30 covered by the dome 20 and supported rotatably in the dome 20, a drive means 60 with the light reflecting means 30 and turning the orientation thereof to be aligned with the direction of the sun, a chargeable/dischargeable power supply means 43 connected electrically with the drive means 60 and supplying power thereto, and a solar cell panel 40 connected electrically with the power supply means 43 and charging it wherein the solar cell panel 40 is disposed in the dome 20 to rotate integrally with the light reflecting means 30.</p> |
