<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable grasping and supervising the operation state of a plant by remotely monitoring a customer's plant on a manufacturer's side and acquiring plant operating data which are acquired by the maker side, at any time on the customer side. SOLUTION: A plant remote maintenance supervising system monitors remotely the plant of a customer factory 2 via a public channel 7, at a remote maintenance center 5 on the manufacturer's side. The system comprises a monitoring server 6 for periodically capturing collected plant operation data of a plant monitoring terminal equipment 4 in the center 5, and a customer database server 16 for supervising and storing the plant operation data captured by the server 6. The system comprises a customer database server 16 and a customer terminal equipment 17, connected to the server 16 via the channel 7 on the customer's side, and acquires customer's plant operational data which are stored by accessing to the server 16 from the equipment 17.</p> |
