<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing plate 10, which enhances the reliability of a seal in the outer circumferential part of the sealing plate, and the provide its molding method. SOLUTION: The inner circumferential part of an outer-circumference sealing body made of a metal is bonded integrally to the outer circumference of a sealing-plate body made of a resin, in a state with the inner circumferential part being embedded. The outer-circumference sealing body 15 is bonded integrally to the opening part of a pressure vessel through a welding operation. When the sealing-plate body is molded, the outer circumferential part 15c of the sealing body 15 is sandwiched and held at a mold 30A between a holding recess 34 and a mold 30B on the outer circumference of a cavity 31. Parts 156, 157, to be locked, which are formed on both faces in the axial direction of the sealing body 15 and lock parts 35, 36 which are formed at both molds 30A, 30B are fitted to each other, and they are subjected to a diameter- widening force due to the pressure of a resin material inside the cavity 31. The inner circumferential face 34b of the holding recess 34 is formed into a tapered shape, in which the side of a parting face 32 becomes a large diameter. The outer circumferential face 15d of the sealing body 15 is formed into a tapered shape, which corresponds to the inner circumferential face 34b of the holding recess 34.</p> |
