<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable photographing easily an image in which horizontallity is ensured without user's attention about a horizontal position in the case of photographing by handheld or tripod application or table setting. SOLUTION: A storage device 22 for storing a video signal subjected to hand shake correction, and a coordinate transformation means 21 for performing rotational coordinate transformation in which the image center of the video signal connected with the storage device 22 is made an origin are installed. Concerning an video signal output read from the storage device 22, horizontal positions on an image are maintained in accordance with the inclination of an imaging element 2 by the coordinate transformation means 21.</p> |
