PURPOSE: Grinded and fermented soybean capsule, pill and tablet mixed with sea tangle are provided, thereby involving no additional salting process and removing smell peculiar to the fermented soybean. CONSTITUTION: The grinded and fermented soybean capsule, pill and tablet mixed with sea tangle comprises a fermented soybean powder and a sea tangle powder in the ratio of 50:50 to 70:30, 50:50 to 70:30 and 90:10, respectively. Its producing method comprises the steps of: washing and dipping soybeans in warm water for 12 hours; heating the soybeans at about 90 deg.C for 2 to 3 hours; fermenting the soybeans at about 40 deg.C for 2 to 3 days; drying them at 45 to 60 deg.C; pulverizing the dried soybeans to produce the fermented soybean powder; washing the sea tangles with water; sequentially drying the sea tangles in the shade and then sunlight; and pulverizing them to produce the sea tangle powder; mixing the fermented soybean powder and sea tangle powder; and forming the mixture into capsule, pill and tablet. |
