SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING STUDY ON GENE NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the construction of a gene network based on various kinds of and various data on genes. SOLUTION: The gene network is reconstituted by using element information and relation information stored in a gene information database 2 and a network figure is displayed on a display 6 in advance. With inputting of an editing command from an input device 11 by a user, a graph editing means 14 is capable of editing of the gene network such as changing, deleting, adding a point or an edge in the shown network figure or displaying attached information.
