PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a novel orange juice by mixing ground orange and milk, therefore the novel orange juice contains vitamin C and has improved milk flavor. CONSTITUTION: The novel orange juice is manufactured by the steps of: grinding oranges then adding milk thereto; mixing them thoroughly in a rotary motor; then sterilizing the mixture.
