PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: (a) To allow a purchaser to determine a product or a service to be purchased by comparing and examining products on plural different maker sides, (b) to make pursuable an intensive merit by collection of makers and article numbers when plural purchase departments exist in the same enterprise, (c) to make it possible to provide information for enabling advantageous purchase to the purchase department, (d) to make it possible to provide information for purchase control such as budget control or the like for the whole enterprise, and (e) to make referable to past dealing records when purchase is repeated. SOLUTION: This system is provided with following processes; (a) a standard code system for showing correspondence between a provider side classification code system for showing products or services of a provider and a purchaser side classification code system is memorized beforehand, (b) a mediator executes mediation between the purchaser and the provider based on the standard code system, (c) the dealing states of the product and/or the service based on the standard code system are totalized and memorized by using a record of commercial dealings executed in the process (b), and (d) the mediator reports the totalization result of the process (c) to the purchaser by using the classification code system of the purchaser in response to the request of the purchaser. |
