SOLUTION: Since the reserve capacity of an electronic storage medium in a portable telephone is used, procedures to the company concerned regarding the registration and the deletion of necessary fixed information can be processed quickly and simultaneously by a communication by using a reserve storage medium in the portable telephone, and their processed result and their response can be completed quickly. The progress speed of the function of the portable telephone is faster than imagined. The mutual recognition between the portable telephone and various terminals is performed by radio, and it can be performed in a contact manner by a connector or the like or in a noncontact manner by infrared rays, electromagnetic waves or the like.
