PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the access information of a Web site or a page for providing a kind of contents corresponding to each user's own hobby, tastes, and necessity to the user. SOLUTION: A client service provider 18 receives the input of the hobby and taste information of a registered user, and registers it in a data base DB 414, and classifies contents to be provided by plural Web sites for performing a contents providing service into preliminarily decided plural categories, and stores them in a site category management table 420. Moreover, the client service provider 18 decides the Web site to be recommended to the registered user based on the hobby and taste information of each registered user, and stores the access information of the decided Web site in a register DB 414 as a recommended channel corresponding to the registered user. A Web server 413 presents the access information of the Web site to the user as the recommended channel. |
