PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio access system in which correct installation position of a base station and correct environment thereof in a system can be known, the radio communication environment can be rationalized and a communication service can be provided continuously. SOLUTION: A base station unit 2 or a subscriber unit 1 is provided with a unit or a radio communication means of standby system and when switching is made to the unit or a radio communication means of standby system based on a control instruction from a management center 4, radio communication environment of the system can be rationalized and a communication service can be provided continuously. |
