<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer-wiring connection terminal incorporating a current detector, whose wiring and space are saved, since the terminal becomes an obstacle against miniaturization as space is secured and wiring for it is required, by separating placing the current detector between a semiconductor element and the outer-wiring connection terminal in the conventional technology. SOLUTION: Screw parts 9a and 9b are installed in the almost central part of the upper face and the lower face of a rectangular member 1 formed by a mold. The outer and inner wirings are introduced into the screw connection parts 9a and 9b and they are connected with screws. Bar-like electrical conductors 3 are made to pass through the screw connection parts of the upper face and the lower face. Then, electrical detection means are arranged in the conductors 3. Then, the terminal is provided with magnetic bodies 6, wound to the intermediate parts of the bar-like bodies 3, Hall elements 7 which are inserted/connected into a part of a magnetic circuit which the magnetic bodies 6 form, amplifiers 8 which are connected to Hall elements 7 and amplify the output voltage and the screw connection parts 9a and 9b forming outer/inner wiring connection terminals on both ends of the bar-like bodies 3.</p> |
