PURPOSE: Implementation contents of post based on S/W using information tech, media are provided to present a post service as a DFD(Data Flow Diagram), to develop a media program interworking software of a post office, and to construct an infra structure using post knowledge information by extracting fixed information in connection with management programs between data, to receive the fixed information in the final decision-making step, so as to generate post culture contents. CONSTITUTION: A post information infra structure is constructed. Processed data are accumulated by an MIS(Management Information System). Knowledge is shared by a KMS(Knowledge Management System). An ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)-ASP(Application Service Provider) and a CRM(Customer Relationship Management)-SCM(Supply Chain Management) are provided. By connecting to an integrated statistic package for fixed information extracting(D-M, D-W), a DSS(Decision Support System) and various programs interwork with each other.
