PURPOSE: Provided is a structure for fixing jade pieces useable in an assistant mattress to improve health of a user and protect working place from environmental contamination by comprising a receipt portion for the jade piece and attaching a sheet paper and a netting thread cover without any adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The structure comprises a jade piece receipt device(10) having a receipt portion(11) with a receipt port(12) to accept and support jade pieces(P) (or germanium or bio-stone pieces), a supporting flange(13) attached to top side of the portion(11) and integrally extended, and a netting thread cover paper(14) fused and attached to the flange(13) to protect loss of the accepted jade pieces(P) and to expose the jade pieces outside; and a plurality of receipt pores(20) penetrated through a sheet paper(S) of a mattress(M) to be inserted by the receipt device(10).
