PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically welding a cylinder and a closing plate for a composite storage tank is provided which automatically performs the processes of preheating the welding part, uniformly supplying the same welding material as the welding part, and uniformly smooths the welded part using a roller at the same time. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically welding a cylinder and a closing plate for a composite storage tank comprises a welding device driving part(20) consisting of a cylinder rod(3) capable of horizontal contraction and expansion movements, a base plate(1) horizontally operated on an LM(linear movement) guide rail(5), and a base frame(13) on which a guide rail(5) is mounted; a welding device body(21) consisting of a speed reduction motor(6) mounted on the base plate(1) of the driving part(20), a heating extrusion device(8) in which an extrusion screw connected to the speed reduction motor(6) is installed, and with the outer circumferential surface of which a band heater(9) connected to a power supply(15) is contacted, a synthetic resin injection hopper(7) which is installed on the upper part of the heating extrusion device(8) so that the injection hopper(7) is penetrated into the body of the heating extrusion device(8), a melting synthetic resin extrusion ejection nozzle(18) installed at the outer part of the body of the device, a preheating device installed on the upper part of the extrusion ejection nozzle(18), and an idle roller(12) made of a Teflon or metallic material which is rotated by the rotation of a cylinder(17) for a tank by being contacted with the cylinder; and a cylindrical rotation device(25) consisting of a driving speed reduction motor(24) connected to a rotation shaft(22) of any one rotation roller out of rotation rollers(14) by a chain belt(23).
