PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high density and high quality optical information recording medium with little noise of a signal having a resin film which constitutes a light transmission (cover) layer excellent in transparency, rigidity, surface smoothness, thickness accuracy and the like, low in double refractive index and small in phase difference. SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium consisting of a substrate, a signal layer disposed on the substrate and the light transmission layer laminated on the signal layer and capable of writing and reading by making a laser beam incident from a light transmission layer side is characteristically composed of an aromatic polycarbonate resin with which 0.01-40 pts.wt. compound shown by the general formula [1] is mixed. |
