PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a special agent from stock risk and to enable a producer to exactly grasp demands and to prepare a proper production plan. SOLUTION: This method prepares the production plan of a product to be sold to the unspecified number of final users via plural distributors and the above problem is solved by providing a production plan preparing method characterized by providing a shared stock to be directly distributed to the final users at ordering origins when the order is received from any of the plural distributors is provided at least at one stock base and preparing the production plan of the product from transition of stock quantity of the shared stock.
