PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical information recording medium, wherein a magnetic layer is crystallized in a manufacturing stage to dispense with initialization, and to provide a optical information recording medium. SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium 1 is formed by successively film-depositing a first dielectric material layer 3 of ZnS.SiO2, a crystallization promoting layer 4 of Bi, the recording layer 5 of Ag-In-Sb-Te, a second dielectric material layer 6 of ZnS.SiO2, a reflective radiating layer 7 of an Al alloy and a protective layer 8 of a UV curing resin on a substrate 2 of polycarbonate. When the Ag-In-Sb-Te of the recording layer 5 is film-deposited, it is irradiated with light of a halogen lamp using an optical filter for excluding light having <=400 nm wavelength and the substrate 2 is rotated so that it is uniformly irradiated with the light of the halogen lamp from the film- depositing surface side and an Al alloy having >=70% reflectance to the wavelength of the halogen lamp for irradiation is disposed on the back surface of the substrate 2 to enhance an irradiation efficiency. |
